The Confederation of Chess for America (CCA) and the Costa Rica Chess Federation (FCACR), have the pleasure of attaching the documentation to be filled, corresponding to the registrations of the participants to the XXVIII Pan-American Youth Chess Festival both Open and Girls, from June 30 to July 7th, 2017 in San José, Costa Rica.
All entries must be accompanied by the endorsement of the respective federations, and a passport-size photograph
